not a lot of sewing done this week... a lot of painting happened, a lot of online watching of classes happened, knitting of socks happened, some writing happened but at least I finished up the RSC dark green scrap blocks for May. They should look good with the other colors.
Improv log cabins
Surprisingly I enjoyed all the things I made, and the one still in progress, ready to be quilted.
The design wall was homey and nature-like all month.
paintings were shown yesterday, scroll down to see them, here's one

Love your greens!!! That would cheer me up too! Your paintings are wonderful as always! I had seen that Irish video, makes me laugh whenever I see it!
You did so much with that green and it all looks beautiful. I just wasn't feeling it. I made a few green blocks. But the pink is cheering me up!!
Your design wall is definitely very like a forest! You did wonderfully with the dark green!
Great Dark GREEN additions to your collection of Improv Log Cabin blocks, LeeAnna!! I am SEW looking forward to seeing the collection become a quilt.
Lovely greens. I need to get back to finishing up my sewing projects but with Norman feeling better, I have to follow him around to make sure he doesn't destroy the house with all his crashing and thrashing about. But considering where he was a week ago, I'll take it anytime!
Love your scrap blocks! Read your question, the “Fish Factory” is in NJ, not VA. Thx for visiting!
Hi LeeAnna :) I love all of the colours you chose. The log cabins look great!!
Can't wait to see the socks you're knitting!
OMG I just watched the Try It video- wonderful! Thank you.
So many wonderfully green blocks & pieces on your design wall. Doesn't it make you happy to have one? Beautiful!
Lots of great greens just like the view out my windows right now. Up til now, I have tried to balance out my days to allow a little sewing, a little painting, but I decided to just let my energy flow where it wants to, as long as I am creating something--especially to distract me from the news. Might be more of a painting week for me, since that takes up full mental bandwidth for me.
Lots of pretty green!
Love that design wall covered in green projects! How fun. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
