poodles in art

one of my STAT quilts, all 12" X 12" are inspired by great artists

the whole post about the inspiration artist and making of this quilt, is at this link:

(I was part of a 2 year challenge to interpret fine artists' style, but in fabric)

despite having so many art supplies, am not making anything at the moment.

I am a creative type, so I'm sure to turn to a new project soon.

 I could be depressed.

people have forgotten in order to live together in this life, that we must find ways to compromise in order to make that life good. Tolerance is a strong base for happiness, and peace is very very valuable.

all my STAT quilts are in the categories to the right==>

thank you for visiting me...

  4. Such a fun little art quilt! Love it! So important to channel our energy in creative ways to keep our spirits up in these dark times. Take care, my dear. Hugs xo K

  5. I am always inspired to try making a picture with fabrics after I see yours. I've done it twice (again inspired by yours), but maybe it's time to do it again.

  6. Your poodles are always so adorable! Art is a great way to work through depression, but it is hard to get motivated sometimes! You seem to love challenges so perhaps that might help. Take care and know we are all thinking of you and holding you up! Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

  7. I just love Milo walking softly and carrying a big stick. You not only have good ideas, you are able to execute them so well. You are definitely a creative! Ned likes the big ones too. Our motivation is cyclic somewhat I think...one of my friends thinks the moon is involved.
