I LIKE it!
Especially if they had motifs like the bowls above. Or these
I only did not use these exciting fabrics because they came from the yardage drawer of orangey-golden goodness. Another project another day...
The color this month at superscrappy. is orange so here are my orange dishes.
There are the little fishes again, lol! And a fine array of orange prints straight off the

heh heh, Loved making this new pattern from Maartje (link under first picture) from spidery fabric. I inked in the tea tab, changed up the pattern a wee bit.

Check out the other people having orange fun at RSC 2015.
Lovely bowls. I want to make some bowls myself, maybe they should be orange? You are having much fun with that scraphappy days. If there are possibilities to jump on next year, I would like to take part.
ReplyDeleteNice, nice, nice and nice - delightful and fun. Love your blocks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning collection you have this post! Love the dishes in the top photo.
ReplyDeleteCute! I want some fish dishes. (But I could probably do without the spider web cup.)
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable! I actually have two orange / reddish teapot/ coffee pots...vintage...sitting on my stove in my kitchen as decor accents and your blocks reminded me of them!
ReplyDeleteFun little blocks LeeAnna. Looking forward to seeing what you do with them at the end of the challenge.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for dropping in to say Hi to me ;)
OK, I don't have any orange dishes, but now I'm going to be on the lookout for some! Love the Web Tea block!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute LeeAnna. Love your spider mug!
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful what we can do with scraps, especially fish in orange dishes. I went back through your posts and was happy to see you with Mari, who moved from my neck of the woods, but we never met. The show must have been exceptional, and great fabric buys as well.
ReplyDeleteLove the dish set LeeAnna!!
ReplyDeleteThat's one cheery coffee break!
That;s one great project!
Thank's for the inspiration!
Take care,
Joanne

Great colour, orange always brightens up a project :)
ReplyDeleteit would fit perfect to my orange&black kitchen :o)
ReplyDeleteLOVE THOSE BOWLS! Not normally an orange fan but love these blocks! Have a great day! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThe bowls are fantastic. While I love the fish fabric, the trim is absolutely brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI hand dyed that fabric years ago, and use it sparingly not to use it up! I'll never get that mix of color again and it's a perfect blend of yellow to orange to red on the black and white. That little 2.5" strip was in the scrap bin, so I cut it in half and was able to do the trim with only 6 inches! HA! Win!
DeleteI'm a case... so much fabric, so stingy with it. Had to use that one though I tried a bunch of others. None of them were right. L.A.
I want a set of real bowls, now, just like those orange ones. EXACTLY like those, especially those rims!
ReplyDeleteI love all your orange dishes. Vivid and lively. They would lighten any gloomy day. lol I particularly like the Halloween cup. I wish I add one just like it.
ReplyDeleteAll so cute!!! I want a set of your dishes.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun dishes! I do have orange dishes as well as every other color in the rainbow in my Fiestaware--they are so much fun to use.
ReplyDeleteVery fun blocks! Love those oranges. Dishes like those would be great accent pieces.
ReplyDeleteYummy! Great way to use this month's color.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun set of dishes, bowls and cups! Love the one with the tea bag! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeletePerfect color for celebrating Autumn! Very nice work. ;)
ReplyDeleteEating off of orange dishes would certainly excite the appetite. What a fun collection.
ReplyDeleteGee, you could outfit my new kitchen (still in the design phase) with your kitchenwares! Looking good!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous . . . you are an inspiration. I love the orange . . . it's so happy :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day and keep stitching,
Connie :)
The dishes are too cute! I love the checkered edge on the bowls.
ReplyDeleteOH MY! These are so, so cute/pretty! I love all the orange fabrics and the items you have made.
