I got your back...another Cole's Caper

Cole here...
I'm a gentleman, but I'm not always diplomatic. Or patient.
Don't get me wrong! I am patient, but patient in "DOG-Minutes"

My Daddy is into guitars. And music. And practicing that music. Every day.
Momma's even making him a guitar quilt...
He plays his kind of music, not my kind of music not that I know what my kind of music is exactly.
I'm growing ear hair fast as possible, which blocks some things (like Momma's voice & some music)
I know he loves his music, and I love him, so I protect him while he plays.

I got your back Daddy. I'll watch for danger while you play.

No squirrels will sneak up on my watch.   Nor chipmunks.

When you're done, we'll play "chase me" in the yard if you want. Once around though... and we'll stop when I'm done.
I may want to chase the ball...
Once, or twice, don't worry, I'll tell you  when we're done.
But for now, you choose the music... do you happen to know "who let the dogs out?"
linking to several parties including... thankful thursday  and rascalandroccopet-parade

(LeeAnna: what kind of music do you think Cole would like?)

i would guess he would like country and western upon occasion, perhaps even oldies like The sons of the pioneers... was it they who backed up Roy Rodgers? Now that was a singing cowboy, along with Tigger there was a dog, a german shepard ??

Oh Cole, you are such the discriminating poodle we all love. Keep track of Daddy Spoo, you know those musical peeps...they need to be watched and guarded. ღ

hmm how about the chordettes with Walkin' the Poodle?... or wait... Working in a COLE-mine is also not bad... but I don't know if that is a good song for the guitar :o)

Growing ear hair as fast as he can......LOL. That Cole is a hoot. You would think Cole Porter or "Cole" Play would be favorites.

Cole, you're such a pal to watch out for your dad that way. I'm thinking Broadway melodies for Cole. :)

Maybe something from "Cats." ;0)

We have a guitar-playing dad over here, too. But he plays the electric stuff. The dogs don't really dig it all that much. Maybe if there were cookies involved....

PepiSmartDog: Cole have you ever tried singing accompaniment fro dad's music? It might be a real talking point for next time you all have a party. Good to see no smarty pants chipmunk will get past your dad while he's engrossed in his guitar - not on your watch anyway. Hee Hee!
Thank you for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. We love reading what you get up to and so happy you join us each week. Hope to see you again this week. *waves paw* :=o)
